How the character swap works

You upload one photo per person. Photo tips for a clean swap

The swap is only as good as the source photos:

One person per photo, facing the camera
Eyes and face unobstructed (no sunglasses, heavy filters, or hands)
Flat, even lighting — the studio look is added in generation
Higher resolution photos give a crisper likeness

If a first attempt misses the likeness, regenerate with a better photo — a failed generation refunds its credits automatically.
