Terms of Service

Hotel Lobby AI ("we", "us", "our") operates Hotel Lobby AI (the "Service") at https://hotellobbygen.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. Version 1.1 — Effective October 5, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that: (1) you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher; (2) you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy; and (3) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Hotel Lobby AI is a digital service that generates short "duet" videos from photographs you upload: you provide two reference photos, choose a style, and our systems use third-party artificial-intelligence models (accessed via API providers such as fal.ai) to produce an AI-generated video. Videos are delivered digitally through the Service immediately after generation completes. The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it with reasonable notice where possible.

Dependency on third-party AI. Generation is performed by third-party AI models and infrastructure we do not control. Availability, speed, and quality of generation may vary, and occasional failures are inherent to the technology. If a generation fails, your credits for that task are automatically refunded (see Section 5).

3. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to purchase and spend credits. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security, legal, or fraud risk.

4. Credits and Purchases

• One-time packs. The Service is prepaid through credit packs (for example 50, 105, and 160 credits) at the prices displayed at checkout. Each purchase is a single-transaction authorization: we never store your payment method, and there is no automatic renewal, recurring charge, or auto top-up of any kind.
• No expiry. Purchased credits do not expire while the Service is operating.
• Consumption. Each generation consumes credits according to its resolution and duration, at the rate displayed in the generator before you confirm the task.
• Taxes. Prices may include applicable taxes or have them added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Failed generations. If a generation task fails or times out, the credits consumed by that task are automatically returned to your balance — no request needed.
• Unused credits. You may request a refund of unused credits within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting support@hotellobbygen.com with your order number. Used credits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation. Because packs are one-time purchases with no renewal, there is nothing to cancel going forward; you may stop using the Service at any time.
• Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong or unauthorized, contact us at support@hotellobbygen.com before initiating a card dispute. We will acknowledge billing inquiries within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us slow down resolution and may result in account suspension.

7. AI Content and Intellectual Property

• Your outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the videos you generate ("Outputs") and may use them for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
• Your inputs. You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Inputs (including transmitting them to AI providers) solely to generate the Output you requested and to operate the Service.
• No training on your inputs by us. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our own models. Third-party model providers process Inputs as necessary to perform generation, under their own privacy and usage policies.
• Our platform. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Upload, or request generation of, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW (not-safe-for-work) content of any kind — including any sexualized depiction of real people, regardless of whether the photos are of yourself or of others.
• Upload, or request generation of, any content involving minors in a sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful context. Unlawful material involving minors is reported to the competent authorities.
• Upload photos of a person without their consent, or of public figures in misleading, defamatory, or fabricated contexts ("deepfakes" intended to deceive).
• Upload, or request generation of, content that is illegal, hateful, violent, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely present AI output as authentic footage of real events.
• Use Outputs to train competing AI models, or systematically scrape, harvest, or resell the Service or its Outputs.
• Reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service, or circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, or security measures.

Content moderation

Generation requires a signed-in account, and every task is logged with its inputs, settings, and owning account — so content is attributable and reviewable by our team. Our upstream AI model providers apply automated safety filters that reject prohibited inputs before generation starts. We investigate suspected violations, remove violating content, cancel pending tasks, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section, without refund of credits consumed by violating tasks where local law permits.

Reporting violations

If you believe content generated on the Service violates this Section or infringes your rights, report it to support@hotellobbygen.com with "Report" in the subject line and a description of the content (video link, page URL, or task details). We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and take action — including content removal and account suspension — where warranted. Reports from people depicted without their consent are prioritized, and good-faith reports are never held against the reporter.

9. Payments and Data Security

All payments are processed exclusively by our payment processor, Waffo Pancake (operated by Waffo). Card and payment credentials are handled by the processor under PCI-DSS standards and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We only receive the order outcome and the last digits needed for support purposes.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be imperfect: generated videos may contain artifacts or may not resemble the uploaded photos as expected, and must not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, illegal use, or non-payment, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct contact (see Section 14). If that fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law grants you a different forum.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes (pricing structure, refund terms, liability, or usage rights) we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this URL with its version number and effective date.
